The Constraints

NetSuite dimension sync wasn't populating for products without variants -- required deep investigation into the ERP-Shopify data pipeline
Delivery email templates needed conditional logic for Metropolitan (local delivery) vs standard carriers -- four templates, each with different branding and routing rules
Theme launch revision requests were initially vague, requiring multiple clarification rounds to nail down exact navigation and typography changes

How We Delivered

Shipped two major theme projects -- a full site refresh and the Symmetry launch with refined fonts, tag weights, nav letter-spacing, and announcement bar spacing
Built and debugged the NetSuite pre-order integration, resolving product dimension sync issues for variant-less products
Executed a clean migration from Klaviyo to Shopify Email with zero downtime on active campaigns
Developed Builder.io landing pages for marketing flexibility outside the core theme
Created four custom delivery email templates with Metropolitan conditional logic and updated branding
Built a drapery quiz calculator, trade/partner FAQ pages, and product detail accordion tabs with conditional metafield display
