Turn the traffic you already pay for into more revenue.
A structured conversion program for Shopify brands spending $10k–$100k a month on paid traffic. Research first, tests second, compounding wins after that.
Five steps, run in order, every month.
Most CRO is a pile of untested opinions. The Conversion Clarity System is a sequence — each step earns the next.
Metric on Fire
Before designing a single test, we find the funnel step furthest below benchmark — then aim 70–90% of testing volume there for 90 days.
Audit-level wins, first two weeks
We ship the obvious fixes before designing a test matrix. No point A/B testing a page with a broken cart.
Frequently asked questions
Who is this for?
Shopify brands doing $1M–$20M a year who are actively spending $10k–$100k a month on paid traffic. Below that spend there usually is not enough traffic to reach significance on tests.
What do you measure?
ARPU is the north-star metric — sales minus returns and discounts, multiplied by LTV, divided by unique users. RPV, AOV and conversion rate are the drivers underneath it. ARPU beats raw RPV because it accounts for returns and rewards LTV-positive changes.
How many tests do you run?
Three to four a month, run through Intelligems or Shoplift. Velocity matters more than any single test, but only once the research says where to point it.
How is this different from a generic CRO retainer?
Most retainers test whatever is top of mind. We diagnose which funnel step is furthest below benchmark first, then concentrate testing there. It is the difference between activity and progress.
