  • Markets Pro to Passport migration was paused due to HS code duplication concerns that could damage international SEO rankings

  • Executed a full site redesign that modernized the storefront while preserving the complex product taxonomy across five brands
  • Managed Sigvaris catalog cleanup -- identified and resolved 1,224+ duplicate products via Matrixify bulk import with variant ID preservation
  • Coordinated full Juzo and Jobst/Essity catalog uploads and subcategory audits
  • Migrated A/B testing from Google Optimize to Convert.com and completed the GA4/GTM transition
  • Managed Shopify Markets Pro for international sales, then scoped the Passport migration when requirements changed
  • Migrated affiliate tracking from Rakuten to Impact, cleaning up legacy code
  • Set up Loop Returns with QR code documentation for the customer service team
  • Updated logo to SVG across storefront and checkout, connected GitHub, and began Checkout Extensibility migration planning
